The New Electric Company on PBS
The Electric Company reboot! This hip hop inspired version of the Electric Company was full of brilliant animation, colorful sketches, and educational music videos. Just like the original show, each episode featured a story line designed to teach four to five vocabulary words with a mix of hip-hop and R&B. Each story revolved around the Electric Company, a group of tween literacy heroes who battle a group of neighborhood vandals. As a graphic designer and animator, I composited live action sequences with kinetic text animations and visual effects.
